Androulla & Jack’s Tuscan Wedding at Castello di Casole

In 2017 Androulla and Jack celebrated their dream wedding at the luxury Castello di Casole resort in the Tuscan hills. The weekend was filled with family, dancing and an abundance of flowers. In fact, it was the first time a groom asked us to increase the flower budget – I nicknamed him Elton!

The festivities began with a relaxed welcome party that focused on great Tuscan food and wine. We always love to use as many areas of a venue as possible for a multi-day wedding celebration, while still leaving surprises for the days ahead.

The wedding ceremony was held in the breathtaking amphitheatre, which offered panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. To honour Androulla’s Greek heritage, an Orthodox priest was flown in to conduct a blessing, creating a deeply personal and meaningful moment.

Dinner was served inside a beautifully decorated marquee, complete with an opulent floral ceiling that had always been the bride’s dream. Guests were treated to an unforgettable surprise when Craig David performed a DJ set in the chapel – I’m not sure the altar was ready for house music, but it was a night to remember.

The celebrations concluded with “Mr and Mrs Wilshere’s Pool Party,” complete with lively Greek dancing. It was a weekend of joy, beauty and unforgettable memories in the heart of Tuscany.
