Everything Organised was founded in 2001 by Susanna Richardson and creates private weddings and celebrations internationally for clients who value trust, discretion and exceptional hospitality.

For twenty five years, the studio has worked almost entirely through personal recommendation, earning the trust of families, founders, athletes and public figures.

Every celebration is creatively directed by Susanna, whose approach combines atmosphere, storytelling and emotional intelligence with meticulous attention to detail. Known for her instinctive understanding of people and calm precision behind the scenes, she works closely with each client to create celebrations that feel both meaningful and beautifully executed.

The studio believes the best celebrations have nothing to prove. They feel effortless rather than performative, emotionally resonant rather than simply impressive and beautifully designed without ever losing sight of the people at their centre.
